How much does shipping cost?
We offer a $14.99 flat rate for shipping under $200. Shipping on orders above $200 is free.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within Canada, US, Australia & select countries in Europe. However, please get in touch and we may be able to set something up!
When will my order ship?
Each of our rings are handmade. While some items are in stock, most of our items are made to order. Please allow 2-4 weeks for fulfillment. Keep in mind, this doesn’t include shipping time. Once your order is ready to ship, you’ll be sent a tracking number. If you’d like to have your order by a specific date, please send us a note at sonnythebrand@gmail.com.
Will I be charged duties and taxes?
Our company is located in Canada, so you may have to pay duties or taxes depending on where you live. We are not liable for these charges and they cannot be reimbursed by Sonny. We do not refund shipping costs for customers that reject their packages upon arrival for failure to pay duty fees. Shipping and duties are non-refundable.
What is your return/exchange policy?
Since each piece is handmade, we cannot accept returns. If you are truly unhappy with your purchase, we can offer store credit or exchange for another style within 10 days of receiving order. Please email us at sonnythebrand@gmail.com with your order number if you would like to get an exchange started. Please note that return shipping and re-shipment is not covered by Sonny and is the customers responsibility.
Can I change my order?
If you need to cancel an order, cancellations must be made within 4 hours of placing the order.
Is your packaging eco-friendly?
At Sonny, sustainability is one of our values. We put our best effort forward to ensure our packaging is minimal and eco-friendly! All packages are mailed in recyclable envelopes.
Do you offer wholesale?
